Once your STR Booking enquiry form is submitted, our STR intake and assessment coordinator will contact you within 24 hours. Should we require additional information or clarification prior to sending you a provisional STR quote, this will be discussed at the time of contact and is an opportunity for you to specify any requirements and customise your stay.
Prior to approving your provisional quote, please seek confirmation from your plan manager and/or support coordinator (where applicable).
Please note the terms and conditions outlined within your service agreement, including STR Cancellation Fees as per the NDIS Guidelines.
